Terms and Conditions

This agreement describes the terms and conditions for participation in the 'Get Cheshire Trading'. The terms “Client” “you,” and “your” are referring to you, the applicant. “We” and “our” refer to 'Get Cheshire Trading'.

This agreement will begin upon your payment for the services, indicating you agree with set terms and conditions. To be eligiable for GCT: Your business be based within Cheshire, be classed as a Small Business and you must not have a current e-commerce site.

Get Cheshire Trading (GCT) will provide the services as listed; these may be changed at any time. The services are listed on 'The Scheme'. A fair use policy is in place for this scheme; this gives examples but is not limited to the following. View the Fair Use Policy here

Content
GWT aim to ensure sites designed are free of errors however GCT may not be held responsible for any errors that may arise in the course of authoring any pages. GCT does not accept any liability for losses or damages arising from errors within any page or if web search submissions are not accepted. It is the client’s responsibility to proof their own pages for errors and inform GCT of those along with any changes in layout requested by the client.

The client must work together to complete the website in a timely manner. The client must provide certain text and graphics content on all web pages, examples include about us, terms and conditions but are not limited to those.

The client unconditionally guarantees GCT that any elements of text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork provided for inclusion in Web pages are owned by the client, or that the client has permission from the rightful owner to use each of these elements.

Post design changes
GCT cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made by third parties to the client’s pages once completed. Such alterations include, but are not limited to, additions, modifications, or deletions.

Time required to make substantive changes to client-submitted text after the Web pages have been constructed will be additional, billed at a per instance basis.

Support
GCT will provide support following design completion to the client where we consider reasonable, this falls under the Fair Use policy mentioned above.

Our sites may link to other sites operated by third parties. We have no control over other sites or their content and cannot guarantee, represent or warrant that the content of these sites is accurate, legal and/or inoffensive. We do not endorse the content of other sites, and cannot warrant that these sites do not contain viruses or other features that may adversely affect your computer. However, if you have a problem with a link from any one of our sites, please notify us and we will investigate the link and take appropriate action.

Advertising
GCT may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for insuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor.

Privacy
At GCT, we respect your privacy. We will treat any information you send us either when applying for GCT or within the design process as highly confidential. We will not pass your information on to anyone else and use it for nothing more than what it was originally intended.

Liability
Client acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service can be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to ascertain. Therefore, Client agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such causes.

GCT reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. All clients must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate cancellation.
